Collage Open Studio
Choose from a multitude of magazines, books and decorative paper. This project includes use of our stamps, punches, adhesives, tempra paint, scissors, brayers and all drawing materials.
This project is for ages 2 years and older!

Independent Drawing Open Studio
Artists will find a wide variety of paper and drawing materials at their finger tips.
Drawing media available includes charcoal, pastels, pencils, crayon, markers, colored pencils, pen & ink.

Mixed Media Open Studio
Choose from a grand assortment of found objects including metal, wood, plastic, fibers (string/yarn/fabric), tile and more. This project also includes use of hot glue, duct tape, wire and more for binding.

Painting & Water-soluble Materials Open Studio
Choose from a wider variety of water soluble paints including, watercolor, acrylic, tempera, watercolor pencils and watercolor sticks. This project is for ages 2 & older based on paint type utilized.

Cold Process Soap Making Open Studio
Make soap from scratch using Lye, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil, and much more. Create your own desired soaps with different herbs & essential oils, stamps & more! Prior cold process soap making required.
7 & older 2 hours included, materials, 2 essential oils & 2 herbs.
Cost: $90 per batch
(up to 5 people can split this batch)
Participants must have taken a cold process soap class from Joy prior to scheduling this open studio. This open studio experience must be scheduled with Joy in advance!

Glycerin Open Studio ~ Melt, Mix & Pour
Make glycerin soap using the melt & pour technique.
Use different molds, essential oils, herbs & color.

Mosaic Open Studio
Come mosaic and creating a really fun & beautiful platter, candle holder flower pot, mirror or trivet for your home. Each participant will complete 1 mosaic piece and learn the basics of design, gluing, grouting & cleaning! The studio will provide a variety of items to mosaic on and materials such as tiles, glass, rocks, shells & more!
Mosaics are a 3 part project, please reserve 2 hours for part 1, 1.50 hours for part 2 and 1 hour for part 3.
Cost: $50.00 per person including supplies and studio time of 4.50 hours.
With no prior experience: $65.00
