How can I volunteer at the 100th Monkey Studio?

How to get started?

Volunteer Information Sessions:
( Please RSVP if you plan to attend 24 hours in advance)
 
Saturday Feb. 26th 10am - 10:45am
Tuesday March 6th from 6-7pm
Tuesday March 13  from 6-7pm
Compensation:
Get rewarded for your hard work!
Track your hours, they add up quick!

Work 8 hours = Get $15 in credit toward the class of your choice or 2 hours open studio

Work 16-24 hours = Get $30 in credit toward the class of your choice or 4 hours open studio

Work 32-40 hours = Get $45 in credit toward the class of your choice or 6 hours opened studio

48+ hours =  Free monthly membership (as long as you're an active volunteer)

*A confidentiality agreement must be signed by anyone leading or participating in any group activity in The 100th Monkey Studio.

**All volunteers who are assisting in youth programs must have a background check.

SPECIAL VOLUNTEER - TRADE OPPORTUNITIES:
We are looking for volunteers who may want to specifically volunteer for trade in a specific area. These volunteers would sign an agreement with the studio of a min. of 3 months that they would be committed to volunteering a specific number of hours per month in the following areas in trade for either a Full Membership or Classes.
 
100% Trade Opportunities:
 
Gallery: Assist in the hanging of art shows , prepping walls , cleaning studio , setting up for special events , marketing the art shows within the Portland community.
 
Online Marketing/Advertising: Volunteer from home by assisting the studio in online advertising monthly of classes, workshops, therapy & special events.
 
Studio Cleaner: Assist the studio in cleaning. We are currently looking for 2-3 people that could commit 2 hours per week to helping clean & organize the studio.
