In our Main Gallery & Lounge Gallery we will feature art from My Story Workshop.

My Story offers photography workshops that inspire young people to explore their lives through the lens of a camera. We collaborate with families, schools and community organizations in developing projects that engage the imagination and creativity of young people, building confidence in their abilities, and providing opportunities for them to share their stories with the world.

Join the Voice Catcher community at the first of three readings to launch the new anthology in November 2008!
Readings begin at 7:30pm on First Friday!

Voice Catcher is a collective of women – editors, authors, artists, poets and teachers – that grew out of Portland Women Writers' workshops, led by Emily Trinkaus, M.A. These workshops, based on the Amherst Writers and Artists method, offer a safe and nurturing environment for freeing creative expression. 

The studio is also excited and proud to have original art pieces of Beth Ann Short featured in this edition!
