Base Price $165 Includes:
    *½ hour set-up prior 2 hour party
    *Two staff helpers helping with pre-approved
     art project/games
    *½ hour clean up
    *Maximum of 15 artists at a table or 20 if there is no art
    occurring at the party
    *Face painting (optional)
    *Basic Beverages- coffee, tea & water
    *T-shirt for the b-day person

Add $15 for use of studio decorations, paper cups, silverware, napkins & plates
Add $3-$15 per artist for studio led art project. 
Final price of party will be negotiated based on materials needed.

The studio is also home to four clinical offices with hourly options for rent to clinicians, small business owners, writers...the possibilities are endless!  Offices have a separate private entry into the studio lounge/waiting room and access to our main gallery.  These charming spaces have high ceilings, natural lighting, are furnished and are available for sublease immediately.

Renters have access to the waiting room equipped with free coffee, tea and water. Also free WIFI is available throughout the studio. There are also 2 bathrooms (1 is handicapped accessible) and access to additional group meeting space can be negotiated in your lease.  The studio is close in SE only 1 block off of Burnside, in the Buckman neighborhood. We are also on a major bike thoroughfare.

4 hours per week: $65 per month
8 hours per week: $130 per month
